JUSTICE AND PEACE BUILDING

Peace is as important as life. Hence, lack of peace may result to loss of lives and property. There are several incidents within the slums that trigger unrest, conflict and chaos. This may be due to cultural/tribal misunderstandings, post-election violence, injustices among others.

Our organizational approach is to help these communities resolve their own conflicts, build capacities to heal broken relationships, and nourish justice. We are building peace through programs that are designed to create peace, love and harmony among parties with differences. We educate children and youth in conflict areas so they can help bring peace to their communities from the inside.

Some of the common areas possible to trigger war/chaos, includes: 1) Post Election 2) Nominations 3) Inter-boundary disputes 4) Inter clan clashes
